By refining OPK Slim to a 1.8 mm profile, we achieve Dematerialization as a step toward lower energy consumption.
*Embodied energy: the sum of all the energy required to produce any goods or services. - Logistics Efficiency: Shipping Smarter With the slim profile, we can now fit more units into every shipping carton and pallet. This reduces the number of shipments required for large-scale deployments, effectively lowering the carbon emissions associated with transportation and warehousing.
- Material Circularity: 100% Recycled PCR (Post-consumer recycled material)Sustainability begins with the materials we choose. By utilizing 100% Recycled PCR material certified by GRS and Ocean Bound Plastic, we give existing plastic a second life, reducing the demand for new plastic production and fueling the circular economy. This commitment is backed by rigorous data: according to new peer-reviewed datasets released by TEPPFA and VinylPlus (2025)[1], using recycled PVC delivers 85–90% lower CO2 emissions per kilogram compared to virgin PVC.
